Returns

We hope you love your Heartcore piece. Should you wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with §56 of the Law of Obligations.

Returned items must be in perfect, unworn condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned once packaging has been opened.

To arrange a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of your request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of its shipment.
